This policy explains what personal information Solanehaus ([legal business name]) collects through solanehaus.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, and what you ordered. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
- Sizing consultations: the name, email and details you send through the consultation form.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Your bag: the rugs in your bag are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. This stays on your device.
How we use it
- To process, make and deliver your order, including sharing your name, delivery address and phone number with the workshop and carrier that fulfil it.
- To reply to your consultation request and other messages.
- To send our newsletter, if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments and tax), Netlify (website hosting and form handling), our fulfilment partners and carriers (to make and deliver your order), and our email provider. We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Consultation and newsletter details are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@solanehaus.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
