Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If a rug becomes unavailable or we can't fulfil your order for any reason, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Made to order
Every rug is made to order in the size and colourway you choose, by our partner workshops. We confirm the expected delivery window by email after you order. Hand-made and hand-woven rugs can vary slightly in size, colour and texture from the photos. That is part of their character, not a fault. Studio views on our site are digital composites made from photos of the actual rug.
Delivery
Delivery is complimentary worldwide. Rugs ship rolled and wrapped, with tracking. Delivery outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country, and these are your responsibility.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, production has begun and the order can't be cancelled.
Returns
Because each rug is made to order, all sales are final and we don't accept returns for change of mind.
If your rug arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't the rug you ordered, email info@solanehaus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
Custom sizes
Custom sizes are quoted individually by email and are always final sale.
Care
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar, rotate every few months to even out wear, and blot spills straight away. For deeper cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaner.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
