Lichen

Deep, moss-green pile sculpted into soft mounds across a pale field, like lichen spreading over stone.

Lichen is made by hand in wool (per the maker), with the pile cut at different heights so the moss stands up from the surface. Its irregular, organic shape makes it the centrepiece of a room. Note: it takes longer to make than most rugs, so allow several weeks.
